We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Business Development team member with experience in healthcare. You will champion a scalable business model through a comprehensive customer discovery process, build and train a sales team, expand partnerships and lead our market expansion in Canada.

During the first 3 months on the job, you will:

  • Establish relationships with large and medium pharmacy chains
  • Conduct customer discovery interviews, update customer journey maps, MVP, and roadmap
  • Expand our sales funnel and the list of potential partners and channels
  • Close sales, setup pilots, and negotiate agreements
  • Find opportunities for studies and oversee study design with researchers and key market players
  • Create market-specific collateral

Following the first 3 months on the job, you will:

  • Keep expanding the sales funnel, and support the existing accounts
  • Build and train sales and support teams in Canada
  • Analyze other market segments in Canada/US/Globally and conduct customer development
  • Create strategic partnerships and oversee new product launches
  • Demonstrate thought leadership (as exhibited through speaking engagements at conferences and industry events)
  • Identify reimbursements in Canadian/US/Global markets for CuePath’s product


  • Industry specific experience and built relationships within the pharmacy industry is a must
  • A team player with a proven history of establishing strong relationships inside and outside of the company, diligently working towards the company’s common goals
  • Ranked in the top 20% of your previous organizations for sales and business development
  • Possessing contacts and relationships with industry specific decision makers such as home care agencies, pharmaceutical, health systems, ACOs will be beneficial to the role
  • Experience with contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and successful closures
  • Strong interpersonal, consensus building, negotiating, learning and analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication skills in all forms (written, oral, presenting and negotiating)
  • Willing to travel at minimum 20% of the time
  • Exposure to internet-of-things, enterprise SaaS, and consumer-facing mobile apps and/or experience with tech startups are considered assets
  • Exposure, familiarity or established relationships with industry specific decision makers in US/Canada/Globally are considered a bonus


Preference will be given for candidates located in Greater Vancouver and Toronto areas, however, we will consider candidates in other cities.

We are looking for a motivated, self-driven and experienced Embedded Firmware Engineer. This is for a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension or transitioning to Full Time. Using your senior firmware and hardware engineering skills, you bring energy, creativity and building block solutions to this newly created position. Any previous experience within a startup environment is considered a major bonus.

During the first few months on the job, you will be expected to design and develop a low bandwidth communication protocol, improve the firmware for the optimized power (and memory usage), improve and support IoT communication services.
