Current Openings

We are looking for a motivated, self-driven and experienced Embedded Firmware Engineer. This is for a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension or transitioning to Full Time. Using your senior firmware and hardware engineering skills, you bring energy, creativity and building block solutions to this newly created position. Any previous experience within a startup environment is considered a major bonus.

During the first few months on the job, you will be expected to design and develop a low bandwidth communication protocol, improve the firmware for the optimized power (and memory usage), improve and support IoT communication services.

To keep up with business growth and customer support needs, we are looking to fill a newly created position of Customer Success & Sales Support Specialist. This role will be a hybrid position that carries a dynamic mix of responsibilities which presents opportunity for personal career growth and learning. If you possess an intriguing skillset and passion for Customer Service/Experience, Sales (even Technical Support), we want to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES SUPPORT

  • Work with the Senior Business Development Manager by responding to and qualifying sales opportunities
  • Support researching and strategizing within existing and new market segments (i.e. identifying potential clients, doing market research interviews and analyzing market data)
  • Support the creation of sales and marketing materials with the help of a graphics designer, maintaining social media channels, streamlining inbound and outbound marketing
  • Accurate data entry and ongoing maintenance of our CuePath CRM (Zoho)
  • Support with representing our CuePath brand at trade shows, exhibits and fairs

CUSTOMER SUCCESS

  • Handling inbound/outbound customer inquiries, support and troubleshooting with professionalism and care establishing CuePath’s overall customer experience
  • Efficiently manage and facilitate the escalation of technical support tickets to the software team on a daily/weekly basis using Jira software
  • Engage with existing clients and customers with surveys or follow-up calls compiling necessary data for analyzing overall customer satisfaction levels
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks or projects that may arise

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You possess 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a sales, customer service, or technical support environment
  • A degree/diploma related to Sales, Business, Marketing or other related discipline
  • You are a strong people person – engaging, inquisitive, caring and personable
  • High level of organizational skills and an ornate ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability (both written and verbal)
  • Exposure or experience using a CRM system (Zoho, Hubspot or similar)
  • Previous work experience or interest working within a technology/healthcare startup environment is considered an asset
